This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit nimeshmohan.in (the “website”), how it is used and the choices you have. The website is run by Nimesh Mohan, a freelance no-code/low-code developer and Webflow specialist based in Chennai, India (“I”, “me”).

Information I collect
Information you give me
When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email address, subject and message. This is used only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage the project.
If you contact me through WhatsApp or LinkedIn, those conversations happen on those platforms and are covered by their own privacy policies.
Information collected automatically
To understand how the website is used and to improve it, I use:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): counts visits and records anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, how you found the website (for example a search engine, LinkedIn or an AI assistant) and clicks on buttons such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and case studies. Google Analytics uses cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*. - Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): records how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, to create heatmaps and session recordings. Text typed into forms is masked and not recorded. Clarity uses cookies such as
_clckand_clsk.
This data is used in aggregate to see which pages are useful, fix problems and improve the website. I do not use it to identify you personally, and I do not sell it.
Server logs
Like most websites, the hosting server (Hostinger) automatically keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and to keep the website running.

Sharing your information
I do not sell or rent your personal information. It is only shared with the service providers that help run the website:

Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website uses cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), as listed above. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again.
- Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept. Until then, Google Analytics only receives anonymous, cookieless signals and Microsoft Clarity does not run.
- Visitors elsewhere have analytics enabled by default.
- Everyone can change their choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works normally without these cookies.
How long information is kept
- Contact form messages are kept in my email for as long as needed to respond and for any resulting project, and are deleted when no longer needed.
- Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).
- Microsoft Clarity recordings are kept according to Clarity’s retention policy (currently up to 30 days for recordings).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information I hold about you
- ask me to correct or delete it
- withdraw your consent

Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and contact form messages are sent over an encrypted connection. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Links to other websites
The website links to other sites, such as client projects, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. I am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
